The Farmhouse Montgomery

The Farmhouse Montgomery is a venue that I will never tire of photographing. It is timeless for me. I think most photographers and couples alike look forward to memorializing their day with the iconic sunset image behind the chapel. Hands down one of my personal favorites! The all white interior and exterior provide a blank canvas for a bride to design her dream wedding day without any distractions. Whether you’re going for a pink-out or a boho soiree, the Farmhouse has a little something for everyone. 
Shortly after the February freeze that left all of our lush greenery brown, we actually headed to the Farmhouse for a beautiful editorial shoot. It was so fun to get out and photograph pretty things again. The florals were absolutely beautiful and romantic. Soft pink and white is one of my favorite color combinations. However, my ultimate favorite combination is champagne and champagne flute. So you can imagine my delight when I saw a champagne wall! How fun is that? Had it been a chilled glass of Veuve Clicquot, I would have had to grab a glass. 
Once we wrapped up the details, we headed down to the Farmhouse Chapel to photograph our lovely couple, Chan and Q. Q’s suit was a black, modern fit and I am here for the tailored look. And sweet Chan, holy moly she looked like a princess. I am obsessed with the flowy sleeves and pink undertones in the dress. We carefully picked up the dress and headed out back and caught a horse in the perfect moment looking over at us. I guess it is only fitting for a white horse to be featured in a fairytale shoot. The day was an absolute dream and I am so grateful for all of the talented creatives that worked together to put together this special editorial.
