Texas Hill Country Wedding

Beth & Christopher have been together for many many years. They’d be the first to admit to you that their wedding day had been a long time coming, so I was thrilled that I was able to capture it for them! They have two beautiful children together who loved being able to be a part of their parents’ big day.

Due to COVID, Christopher and Beth’s guest list was limited to very close friends and family. However, the couple set up a live feed for loved ones that weren’t able to attend in person. They opted not to do a first look, so it was very sweet to see Christopher’s reaction to seeing his bride for the first time as she was walking down the aisle.

Christopher and Beth really kept family at the center of the day. It was a beautiful way to celebrate! They appointed their siblings both maid of honor and best man. Their little girl was the flower girl and their son walked the groom down the aisle. The bride also made her own veil and hand stitched freshwater pearls onto the lace, so that she may one day pass down her veil to her daughter for her wedding.

The bride and groom had their ceremony and reception in the Texas Hill Country in Wimberly, Texas. The location was very small and provided the perfect venue for an intimate ceremony. The landscape was a lovely background for their wedding day. During the evening, it was beautiful to watch the sun set behind the hills. It was the perfect ending to the perfect day!
