Annunciation Catholic Church Wedding

Downtown Houston Wedding

Gabby and Alex were married a few months back at the Annunciation Catholic Church in Downtown Houston and it was an exceptional day. The church was beautiful, the flowers were lovely, but most of all my best girl was living her best life, marrying her best friend. We started details and getting ready photos at the Lancaster Hotel. I am pretty sure I squeaked, when Gabby handed me her bridal crown. That’s right, a bridal crown. I am obsessed with Gabby’s fun sense of style and it suits her personality to a “T”. She is a queen and I will bend the knee all day, everyday. After the first look with her dad, we had to quickly run the church, the Annunciation Catholic Church, for the ceremony.

McGovern Centennial Gardens Reception

Once the ceremony concluded, we headed back to McGovern Centennial Gardens for portraits and the reception. Gabby & Alex’s wedding party were so fun and the bridesmaids were gorgeous in their white dresses. I love that they were all in white with white florals. One of the best parts of the days is when Gabby changed into her reception dress. I died again. The headpiece, the boots, the sheer pearl gloves, oh my gosh! Her bridal headpiece was actually the headpiece her mother wore at her wedding. The couple danced till it was time to do their rose petal send off. It was such a perfect ending to an amazing day.
