If you’ve been dreaming about having a resort beach wedding, this wedding will give you all the inspiration you need! I absolutely loved the color scheme and décor of Kris and Matt’s wedding day. Their wedding was in the fall, but you couldn’t tell with their warm spring toned colors. The love they so clearly share for one another and the anticipation leading up to the ceremony was so evident. The San Luis Resort was the perfect place for Matt and Kris’ wedding day. With Gulf views, the warm sandy beach, and an elegant reception area, you can’t go wrong with a wedding here!
Kris & Matt’s Galveston Beach Wedding at The San Luis Resort
Their children were so involved in Matt and Kris’ wedding, which was incredibly sweet. Kris’ children walked her down the aisle, and you could tell what a meaningful moment it was between them. Matt had one of his children as the “Fireball boy”. He tossed mini Fireball bottles to the guests as he walked down the aisle, which was such a fun idea! Some of the hotel guests even sat on their balcony and watched the wedding ceremony. Kris and Matt were cheered on by those up above once they walked back down the aisle as husband and wife. There were so many special moments throughout Matt and Kris’ wedding, and I know they will never forget them.
